Our membership director will be in touch within 48 hours to help walk you through our member benefits and our member platform, Heartbeat, our members-only portal! From there, you’ll receive a welcome email explaining all of your fabulous new benefits!

Member FAQ

  • Go back into the sign up page and click the corresponding button of the membership level of your choice and download Heartbeat, the members only portal! Reach out to chelsea@ladiesoflasvegas.org for any questions or technical difficulties.

  • In the Heartbeat portal, there is a section for you to introduce yourself and tell us about your business!

  • In Heartbeat, on the bottom center of your screen is an “Events” button where all events will be housed. We will use the facebook group and facebook events feature to advertise the event, but you will need to RSVP through the Heartbeat platform.

  • Email chelsea@ladiesoflasvegas.org to help you reset your password.

  • Heartbeat is our member only application. You can download it on Google Play or Apple!

  • Reach out to Ashley@ladiesoflasvegas.org to discuss further! Memberships are nonrefundable once purchased, but you can upgrade or downgrade at any time depending on your business needs!

  • Yes! Under the Membership tab of our website, there’s a Committees page. Be sure to contact the committee chair of the applicable committee you are interested in! We are always looking for event ideas for future, and always appreciate your input!

  • Reach out to any one of our board members, but especially Summer@ladiesoflasvegas.org or Kimberly@ladiesoflasvegas.org! We love getting ideas from you!

  • The event description will specify if the event is a “members only” event or a public event. If there’s a future event where you want to introduce one of your business clients into the fold and you think they would benefit from attending that particular event, please contact chelsea@ladiesoflasvegas.org to discuss!

  • Check your email for event confirmation. Any modifications to the event will also be communicated to attendees /registrants via email.
